Role Overview

The Ecologyst Educator is a key member of our team, responsible for inspiring and informing our community about our values, products, and sustainable practices. This role involves delivering product knowledge, connecting with customers, upholding in-store merchandising protocols, providing exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining accurate inventory, and engaging in thoughtful conversations with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Education: Communicate the features and benefits of our product assortment through storytelling and connection, treating customers with the same respect and care as you would a guest in your home.
  • Culture: Embody our company values of leaving a positive impact, bringing fun, respect, authenticity, excitement, passion, and knowledge to every interaction.
  • Community: Foster a sense of community by connecting with customers over shared interests, local experiences, and tips on sustainable living.
  • Mentoring and Training: Participate in training opportunities and proactively offer support to colleagues, promoting a culture of ongoing education and development.
  • Passion for Product: Develop a deep understanding of our products, including fit, functionality, design, and the process of making clothing, and share this knowledge with customers.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and providing exceptional service.
