About Our Early Childhood Educator Role

Cedars Christian College is a vibrant and innovative learning community dedicated to leading students forward in their formative years. As an educator at our Early Learning Centre, you will be part of a team that prioritizes supporting families and promoting inclusive practices.

We are seeking applications for casual Early Childhood Educators to join our Prep Program. This role is ideal for those looking to further their studies, recent graduates, or individuals seeking flexible work arrangements or additional experience.

Key requirements include:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) or working towards the qualification
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • A NSW Working with Children Check
  • Previous experience in an Early Childhood setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and strong commitment to teamwork and high-quality care
  • Professional presentation
