We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Stylist to deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with their purchases, and maintain the overall appearance of our store.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for style, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Care: Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide personalized styling advice.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and have in-depth knowledge of products.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Requirements
- 0+ years of experience in retail or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for style and ability to advise customers on fashion choices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high level of organization.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use POS system.
- Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Sales skills and ability to meet targets.
Compensation
$16 - $19 per hour
Total compensation package includes base salary range and commission of 2% of individual sales.
