The Aged Care Operations Manager is a pivotal member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care facility.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Clinical Leadership Team to deliver evidence-based care in accordance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
- Manage the financial budget and resources to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
- Oversee employee management, admissions, and quality reviews.
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration.
- Aged Care management experience with a diverse clinical and care team.
- Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
- Experience in quality processes, accreditation, and evidence-based practices.
- Business operations, budget, and finance management experience.
- Worker Screening and Police Check.
- Relocation Assistance if needed.
