Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and promoting the company brand.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service through face-to-face interactions, resolving customer queries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Cleaning and maintaining vehicles to high standards, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
  • Inspecting vehicles for damages and reporting any issues to the relevant authorities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid driver's license and a strong driving record.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
