Casual Farm Assistant Position

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Casual Farm Assistant to join our team at Bathurst High Campus. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with ongoing weekend and public holiday work as well as relieving when required at the agricultural plot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with farm duties, including planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops
  • Relieve other farm staff members as required
  • Perform tasks such as cleaning equipment, storing supplies, and maintaining farm infrastructure
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an agricultural setting is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Working Conditions:

The successful applicant will be required to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be able to lift heavy loads. A valid driver's license is not required for this position.

Remuneration:

The estimated salary for this position is $25-30 per hour, depending on experience. We offer competitive hourly rates and opportunities for career growth and development.
