Job Title: Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to spearhead our engineering team in driving innovation and excellence.

About the Role:
  • Lead technical teams during project tender phases, ensuring seamless execution
  • Foster collaboration among engineers, promoting a culture of open communication and mutual respect
  • Select and partner with external design firms, developing strong working relationships
  • Assign key personnel and conduct peer reviews and technical audits to guarantee quality standards
  • Promote engineering's contribution to business growth, including relationship-building with clients
  • Provide training and support for ongoing professional development within the team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager on large-scale energy infrastructure projects (high-voltage transmission lines, substations)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., BSc Engineering)
  • CPEng or eligibility to obtain
  • Membership (or eligibility) with a relevant engineering institution (e.g., Engineers Australia)
