About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of infection control and adhere to strict sterilization procedures
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to dentists, providing support and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Assist with instrument sterilization and maintenance of dental equipment
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, fostering excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Provide high-end patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management, ensuring exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 months' experience as a Dental Assistant in Australia
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded, although not essential
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner
