Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an experienced property lawyer to join our in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive lawyer with transactional commercial property law experience to play a key role in significant real estate transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating general commercial and property agreements
  • Assisting with leasing matters
  • Managing tenant disputes
  • Supporting teams on property acquisition, disposal and capital and/or co-investment opportunities

 

Requirements:

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years' PQE from a well-regarded law firm or similar in-house environment
  • Proven experience in high-value property acquisitions
  • Proficiency in managing leases ideally in the retail sector
  • A minimum of 7 years PQE, preferably in commercial property law
