Job Description:
Retail Pharmacy Assistants play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our teams.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Pharmacy Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a professional and enthusiastic team with a great working roster. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love working in a team environment and are passionate about delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for patients
  • Assist with inventory control and maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to enhance patient care

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar position
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control and continuous quality improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to achieving team goals
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
