We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with patients, healthcare professionals and stakeholders to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services.
The successful candidate will have the ability to think critically, communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Optimise patient outcomes by providing expert professional knowledge across a broad range of clinical and operational areas.
- Develop and maintain information technology skills and contribute to the development of innovative Pharmacy Services.
- Work independently and as part of a team, assigning priorities to responsibilities to meet time constraints and deadlines.
