Boilermaker Leadership Opportunity

This challenging role requires a highly skilled and experienced Boilermaker to lead the workshop crew in a thriving Steel Fabrication & Metal Works company based in Queensland.

About the Workplace

The organization has a strong reputation and an experienced team, delivering high-quality projects on time. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing around 12 workshop staff, ensuring optimal quality and productivity.

Job Responsibilities

You will implement QA systems, manage OH&S regulations, assist with quality control and fabrication of steel, aluminium, and stainless products. Key skills include trade qualification as a Boilermaker, experience in supervising or managing a steel fabrication workshop crew, and strong leadership and communication skills.
