Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager/Sales Representative to join our team on the Gold Coast. This role involves interacting with existing and potential clients, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

  • Maintaining and developing customer relationships
  • Liaising between cleaning teams and venue managers
  • Visiting existing and potential clients in Gold Coast
  • Carrying out routine inspections of our cleaning sites
  • Approaching potential clients

As a valued member of our team, you will receive full training and support to help you succeed in this role. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, grow, and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid driver's license
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A responsible work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work five days a week (weekdays)
