We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Cleaning Assistant.

Job Description

As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to residents, ensuring their rooms and common areas are clean and presentable. You will work collaboratively with your peers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional cleaning services to residents
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is ideal
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families
  • Reliable team player
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
