Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

About the Role:
  • This is a part-time, ongoing position at our Highton retail store.
  • Supervise and coordinate volunteers to ensure efficient operation of the store.
  • Manage stock and space effectively to maximize sales.

  3. Visual Merchandising: Create a visually appealing shopping experience.
  4. Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and provide excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Passion for fashion and charity retail.
  • Experience in cash handling, register operations, and closing procedures.
  • Confident in supervising a team and working independently.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
