The Role

As a AIN at Estia Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing medication assistance under the guidance of a registered nurse
  • Participating in recreational activities and promoting social interaction among residents

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate AIN to join our team. You will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and experience working in a similar role. You must be able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and families, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.
