We are seeking an experienced Electronics Specialist to join our team at the L3Harris Sustainment Centre in Pinkenba. As an Electronics Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and repairing digital radio equipment, ensuring timely and serviceable returns to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve complex issues in RF, digital, and analogue circuits.
  • Accurately collect and document diagnostic findings and solutions.
  • Provide expert feedback to management, engineers, and peers on diagnostics, processes, and tools.
  • Assist and coach team members to enhance team capabilities.
  • Maintain quality standards through best practice.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety legislation.
  • Provide direct customer support for product diagnostics as required.
  • Conduct joint weekly reporting to management.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in a relevant Technical Trade.
  • Proven experience in RF and digital circuit diagnostics to module level.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical information, engineering drawings, and schematics.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and meet customer requirements.
  • Experience in technical analysis, communication of findings, and recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a flexible team environment.
  • High attention to detail and ability to assess immediate problems.
