Dairy Department Supervisor

About the role
As the Store Manager reports to you, you'll have complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the dairy department. You will lead, coach, and develop the Dairy team to meet and exceed KPIs, while driving engagement and delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the Dairy team to achieve sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control
- Driving a one-team culture that prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
- Delighting customers with an outstanding shopping experience
