About the Role

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank is seeking a highly skilled People Insights Manager to join our Culture, Experience and Insights team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver key people metrics, analytical and statistical analyses to inform business decisions
  • Facilitate sharing of data and actionable insights across the Culture, Experience and Insights team, People and Culture division, and the bank
  • Work closely with stakeholders and People and Systems teams to identify and create important data assets for querying and reporting
  • Support engineering teams by creating data asset requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Propose and develop ETL processes within the current and future systems architecture
  • Collaborate with People and Systems SMEs to understand and overcome data and systems process-related issues
  • Deliver analytics solutions with an emphasis on creating sustainable processes
About You
  • A tertiary degree in Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a similar relevant discipline
  • Previous experience in a People Insights/People Analytics manager role or equivalent
  • Demonstrated capabilities within data analytics, proactively utilising analytics to drive business decision-making
  • Experience with data visualisations, dashboarding, and presenting insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of SQL, R/Python or another language would be a bonus
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Experience operating in an agile environment
  • Basic machine learning or statistical techniques (dimensionality reduction, correlation, regression etc)
  • Intermediate capability with MS Office suite, particularly Excel
