We are seeking an experienced and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team.

Our mission is to provide high-quality medical and personal care to individuals, enabling them to remain happy and healthy in the comfort of their own homes.

  • This role involves providing holistic patient care, conducting clinical and personal duties with a focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive care plans aligned to assessed needs, utilizing clinical judgement and creativity.
  • Monitor chronic conditions, assess wounds, and attend to dressings as per the care plan.
  • Assist clients with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care.
  • Provide emotional, social, and spiritual support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted registration with a minimum 2 years practicing experience.
  • Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills desirable.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's license, registration, and access to your own car with comprehensive insurance.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.
  • A current NDIS worker check.
