CPAP Therapy Specialist

This role requires a dynamic professional to provide bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients
- Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications
- Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
- Promote and upsell our product range and services
- Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment
- Maintain inventory and process clinic orders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Independent clinic management capability
- Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
