Laboratory Expert

The Bega Group seeks a skilled Laboratory Technician to join the largest white milk site in our network.

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance of products, systems, and materials to ensure zero defects and product quality meets company standards.

You will be part of a dedicated technical team and report directly to the Technical Leader.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or equivalent in Food Science or a related field and experience in microbiological testing.

They will also have experience within a food manufacturing environment and previous exposure to HACCP/GMP/Good Laboratory Practices.

This is a full-time permanent position with a working schedule of Sunday-Thursday afternoons.

Key responsibilities include conducting general and specialized microbiological testing, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and maintaining lab equipment.

The Laboratory Technician will provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering team compliance with regulations and business objectives.
