Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough investigations into suspected misconduct, analyzing large electronic data sets using specialized software and drafting compulsory notices.
  2. Compile comprehensive briefs of evidence for the CDPP and collaborate with them to prepare for and conduct criminal prosecutions.
  3. Support ASIC Litigation Counsel in initiating and managing civil litigation in Supreme and Federal Courts, including instructing counsel.
  4. Prepare detailed administrative briefs for ASIC delegates.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, including experience with investigation and analysis of complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ASIC regulations and procedures, as well as relevant laws and legislation.
