We are seeking a talented Full Stack Java Developer to join our team at EBR. Our client is a leading supplier of jackpot and media distribution systems to casinos, clubs and gaming machine manufacturers around the world.

The Role:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Java Developer to take ownership in the product development of one of our new core products, and provides the opportunity to be innovative and engage your creative side.

Job Description:

  • Develop backend services using Java and work with a variety of protocols.
  • Work with the MEAN stack and develop web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS, Angular2~5, HTML, CSS.
  • Develop and maintain a range of applications using MongoDB and Linux Server administration.
  • Work with a range of development tools including Gulp, Webpack NPM, Yarn, Babel, Maven.
  • Develop and implement new features and contribute to the growth of the development team.

Required skills:

  • Java development with more than 6 years' recent experience.
  • Network programming and experience with socket level programming.
  • Web Application development experience and knowledge of the MEAN stack.
  • Recent experience with MongoDB and Linux Server administration.
  • Development tools experience including Gulp, Webpack NPM, Yarn, Babel, Maven.
  • Good English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and contribute to a small team.

Highly Regarded skills:

  • Experience using Redis and RabbitMQ in a Java and JavaScript environment.
  • Gaming experience and knowledge of video codecs and audio file formats.
  • Knowledge of video streaming protocols and SQL experience.
  • Development experience using C++ and C#.
