Job Title: Mixed Drinks Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mixed Drinks Specialist to join our establishment. The position requires flexibility on Friday and Saturday evenings, with shifts lasting between 7-10 hours.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working varying shifts, including weekends. Previous experience in a bar setting is a must.

We operate until midnight on Friday and Saturday nights, typically finishing between 1am-1:30am.

The key requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of one year's bartending experience
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends
  • Desirable qualifications: RSA certification and Australian work authorisation
Key Responsibilities

Bartending duties

We require an individual with excellent mixing and serving skills to manage the bar area during peak hours. You will be responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving drinks efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Shift management

You will need to work effectively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods. This includes managing staff workload, anticipating customer needs, and adapting to changing circumstances as required.
