We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated Digital Transformation Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.
The role is based in Brisbane, Australia, where we are currently working on the Cross River Rail project. This new 10.2km rail line includes 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD. It will unlock a bottleneck at the core of the rail network and transform the way we travel across Southeast Queensland.
Our ideal candidate will have significant commercial experience working in complex, multi-discipline engineering projects. They will also have experience in real-time system engineering; testing and integration activities, software verification and validation best practices and safety-critical techniques.
As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will play a key role in the delivery of this program of work. You will be responsible for coordination and liaison with Delivery Manager and subsystem design teams. You will also ensure all activities undertaken are conducted with due regard to a high level of continuous improvement and safety.
Key responsibilities:

Key knowledge and experience:
- Significant commercial experience (5+ years) working in complex, multi-discipline engineering projects including phases of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Experience in real-time system engineering; testing and integration activities, software verification and validation best practices and safety-critical techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple key stakeholders displaying highly polished interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agile mindset, able to take prompt decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work and lead in a multicultural environment.
- Strong working relationships with technology providers.
- A degree in engineering or equivalent.
