About the Role

At Kip McGrath, we are seeking an experienced Primary Education Tutor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator who wants to make a real impact on students' lives.

We have a purpose-built tutoring system designed to minimize planning time and provide efficient resources. As a result, you can focus on what truly matters - teaching.

You will have the opportunity to work in our modern and well-equipped facilities, supported by a vibrant and nurturing management team. We provide training and growth opportunities to help you excel in your career.

The ideal candidate will possess a teaching degree or be in their final year of study, along with a current Working with Children Check. A friendly, professional, and personable manner is essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment and independently.

You will also need to demonstrate a positive, vibrant personality and confidence using software and computers. A genuine love for learning and teaching is a must.

A reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are required, as is the ability to teach both face-to-face in our Balwyn centre and online as required by management once you have satisfactorily fulfilled the training requirements.

About You
  • A teaching degree or in the final year of your degree
  • A current Working with Children Check
