Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and support the engineering vision for our internal customers

Requirements
  • Extensive hands-on experience in the telco industry, complemented with exposure to leadership, budgeting, planning, and forecasting
  • Industry certifications in web languages or tools, integration languages, and/or technical people leadership and coaching
  • Experience in managing teams working on complex products/solutions and capability development projects
  • Strong understanding of IT risk, information security fundamentals, defense-in-depth practices, IT risk assessment fundamentals, and risk management practices
  • Strong analytical, creative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, while being proficient in Agile methodologies
  • Direct customer focus with refined communication skills and attention to detail
