SA Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse/Midwife to join our team as a Community Health Care Specialist.

About the Role

This casual position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality primary health care to clients living in the Limestone Coast community. You will be working in partnership with consumers, communities, and other organisations in the region, as part of a multidisciplinary model of care.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, planning, implementing, and coordinating appropriate service delivery options. You will also communicate changes in condition and care effectively, ensuring seamless patient outcomes.

Key Requirements
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Current practicing certificate
  • Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with relevant standards
  • Effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation
  • Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads

The estimated salary range for this position is $36.65 - $50.01+ 25% casual loading - RN/RM1 per hour.
