About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Product Owner to join our Product team at AirTree Ventures Pty. As a Graduate Product Owner, you will play a key role in supporting our existing team in solving customer problems and delivering an exceptional product experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and resolve all support issues escalated to the product teams, including recreating the issue, proposing solutions, and validating with Product leaders.
  • Design product solutions to customer problems using product management fundamentals, including but not limited to:
    • Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
    • Testing
    • Go To Market (GTM): informing internal teams on how to sell, support or promote your enhancements and new features
    • UX research: competitive analysis, customer interviews, customer surveys
    • UX design: wire-framing, low-fidelity prototyping, use of design systems
    • User story mapping
  • Work closely with your squad (team of developers) to develop and deploy your work.
Requirements
  • Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Design)
