About the Roles

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to fill various Security Officer positions across our sites in Sydney.

  • Control Room Operator - Retail sites, day and night shifts in Eastern Suburbs, Parramatta, and Northshore locations. This role involves monitoring CCTV and conducting comprehensive patrols to ensure safety on site.
  • Rover - Retail and Commercial, CBD and Inner Sydney, Parramatta, Northshore, and South Sydney sites, day and night shifts. As a Rover, you will be responsible for conducting security checks for risks and breaches, as well as supporting loading dock operations.
  • Security Team Leader - Retail Sites, permanent day shift in Greater Western Sydney and Inner West. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Security Officers and ensuring that our sites are secure and well-managed.
About Our Sites

Our client sites offer extensive onsite training, including hands-on system walkthroughs, scenario-based control room simulations, and ongoing refresher sessions.

  • Conflict resolution and incident reporting
  • Conducting detailed security checks for risks and breaches
  • Performing control room operations, including monitoring CCTV
  • Liaising with customers, clients, and tenants
  • Supporting loading dock operations
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has the ability to work collaboratively as a team player
  • Is well-presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has the ability to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Holds a valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
  • Holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
  • Brings security experience in Retail or Commercial environments
