Procurement Specialist Opportunity

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join their team. This role will provide high-quality sourcing solutions, ensuring optimal value for the business.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in daily procurement management, handling concurrent sourcing and buying activities under tight deadlines and challenging circumstances.

  • End-to-end processing of procurement activities using Pronto Xi ERP system and Coupa P2P software solution.
  • Process purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing authority.
  • Reconcile discrepancies, collaborating with Accounts Payable to resolve pricing and invoice issues.
  • Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages, and insurance.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.
  • Negotiate terms, price, and deliveries as required.
  • Focus on vendor selection for competitive pricing.
  • Expedite orders efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Work closely with Operation and Maintenance teams.
  • Maintain key relationships.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
  • Support new supplier setups.
