Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality speech therapy services to individuals with complex communication needs, swallowing difficulties, and/or behavioral challenges. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, promoting positive outcomes and quality of life for our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including speech and language therapy, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and dysphagia management
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with the relevant Speech Pathology Association
  • Proven experience working with NDIS participants, preferably in a clinical or community setting
  • A current driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A National Police Clearance and Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check (or ability to obtain)
