The following vacancies may arise in various locations across Tasmania:
We are seeking highly motivated and organized professionals to provide clerical and operational assistance, undertake general administrative duties, and offer high-level executive support.
Key ResponsibilitiesClerical and Operational Assistance:
- To provide efficient and effective administrative support to contribute to the smooth operation of the relevant office environment.
Administrative Duties:
- To undertake a range of general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and communication with stakeholders.
Executive Support:
- To provide high-level administrative support to allocated Executive members, senior managers, and other staff members.
- To assist in the effective delivery of key division-wide business activities and processes.
