Early Childhood Education and Care Trainer/Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and qualified trainers/assessors to provide exceptional training and assessment in early childhood education and care. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, guiding students with their learning and assessment material, and conducting assessments in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs that meet the needs of students
  • Provide guidance and support to students throughout their training journey
  • Conduct regular workplace visits to assess student progress and competence

Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Have at least 2 years' experience working in an approved childcare centre
  • Be current in the Childhood Education and Care sector
  • Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
  • Have excellent communication and time management skills
