Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in early childhood education and care
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
