Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ClearCompany. As a Primary Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and care to patients within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure multidisciplinary patient-centered care.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Clinical Practice Guidelines.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and medical record management.
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • National Crime Check within the past 12 months.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Extensive experience in primary care nursing, with advanced clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
  • A commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
  • Current C Class Drivers License for QLD.
  • Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).
