The company is now seeking the expertise of a Key Account Support Specialist to collaborate with the external Key Account Manager in providing high-level service support to valued clients. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role involves:

  • Providing Exceptional Client Service
  • Building Strong Relationships with Clients
  • Developing Tailored Solutions to Enhance the Client Experience
  • Collaborating with Various Departments across the Business
  • Sourcing Answers to Client Queries
  • Generating Quotes and Proposals
  • Maintaining Accurate Information in the CRM System
  • Processing Incoming Queries according to Service Level Agreements
  • Creating Sales Reports and Supporting Documentation

To succeed in this role, you would possess strong administrative skills, a solutions-based approach, and excellent relationship-building abilities. You will be welcomed into a fast-paced, customer-centric team that thrives on innovation and collaboration.
