Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks associated with the construction, maintenance, and repair of electric transmission and distribution systems, including pole climbing, line installation, and equipment maintenance.
  • Work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the department by working collaboratively with other teams and performing additional duties as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in electrical linework or a related field.
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
