Seeking Maintenance Professional

We are looking for a skilled maintenance professional to complete tasks on new builds across Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background or possess a service-oriented approach, attention to detail, and a "handy person" mindset. You will also have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise effectively, and have a full driver's licence to operate a vehicle.

In this autonomous role, you will visit customers in their homes coordinating trades and carry out defect rectification work on our homes in line with contractual requirements and standards.

You will conduct inspections of new homes located across Sydney, compile reports on identified defects, communicate with clients, assist with monitoring contractor progress, and attend to works as identified by the Handover Supervisor.
