Systems Test and Evaluation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Test and Evaluation Engineer to work on a fixed term 6 month contract.
Key Accountabilities- Design and execute comprehensive test and evaluation plans across the system lifecycle – from development to sea trials and operational acceptance.
- Investigate and document any failures and non-conformances during the validation phase of the project and collaborate with stakeholders to develop remediation plans to meet the specified requirements;
- Lead engineering services, regulatory compliance, resource management, and project outcomes;
- Risk assessment and management, including the identification and tracking of major risks;
- Evaluation and review of contract deliverables;
- Asset and data handover to end users; and
- Project closure activities.
This role requires:
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, electrical, systems, or related discipline)
- Minimum 7 years experience in test and evaluation within a maritime sector
- Familiarity with maritime acquisition processes and verification frameworks
- Superior attention to detail, analytical thinking, and technical writing skills
