The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the Rehabilitation in the Home team (RITH) at Modbury Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments to identify individual needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address functional limitations and promote independence.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and home modifications.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.
