Shutdowns and Maintenance Supervisor

This is a shutdowns and maintenance supervisor role, where you will be responsible for overseeing the shutdown of plant equipment, conducting routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

About the Role:

  • Day-to-day site supervision and management of your team
  • Leading the team on productive safe work behavior
  • Co-ordination of employees and subcontractors
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaising closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in construction and remediation industry
  • Prior experience supervising teams of skilled tradesmen
  • 26 supervisor training - preferred
  • White card and current Drivers Licence
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance
  • Mechanical/Fabrication trade certificate and/or construction qualifications
  • Positive conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills
