Child and Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Support Specialist to provide holistic and culturally responsive health services to families with children aged 0-8 years accessing health services.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to clients.
  • Develop and implement individualised plans to meet the needs of clients and their families.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on various topics related to child health and development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and develop effective case management plans.
  • Provide individualised support and guidance to clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and outcomes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • Eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
