Job Summary:

We are seeking a Data Engineering Director to lead our team of Pre-Sales Solutions Architects in large enterprise and strategic accounts.

About the Role:

  • BUILD AND LEAD A TEAM OF SOLUTIONS ARCHITECTS FOCUSING ON LARGE ENTERPRISE AND STRATEGIC CUSTOMERS
  • PARTNER WITH SALES ORGANIZATION TO CLOSE REVENUE OPPORTUNITIES
  • COACH NEW SALES AND PRE-SALES TEAM MEMBERS
  • GUIDE TEAM TO ENHANCE EFFECTIVENESS, POSITION BUSINESS-VALUE FOCUSED SOLUTIONS, SUPPORT SALES CYCLES, AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS IN LARGE CORPORATIONS

The Impact You Will Have:

  • MANAGE HIRING AND EXPANSION OF FIELD ENGINEERING TEAM
  • RAPIDLY SCALE DESIGNATED FIELD ENGINEERING SEGMENT WITHOUT SACRIFICING CALIBRE
  • PROMOTE SOLUTION AND VALUE-BASED SELLING FIELD-ENGINEERING ORGANIZATION
  • CULTIVATE COLLABORATIVE CULTURE WITHIN RAPID-GROWTH TEAM
  • SUPPORT RETURN ON INVESTMENT OF SA INVOLVEMENT IN SALES CYCLES BY 2-3X OVER 18 MONTHS
  • PARTNER WITH LEADERSHIP, C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES, AND STRATEGIC CUSTOMERS TO POSITION STRENGTH OF DATA PLATFORM

What We Look For:

  • 10+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP ROLE DEVELOPING, MANAGING, AND BUILDING TEAM OF SUCCESSFUL BIG DATA, CLOUD, OR SAAS PROFESSIONALS
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH STRATEGIC BANKING / FINANCIAL SERVICES / DIGITAL ENTERPRISE / TELECOM ACCOUNTS
  • BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE IN BIG DATA ARCHITECTURE INCORPORATING COMPONENTS OF DATA ENGINEERING / DATA WAREHOUSE / MACHINE LEARNING / DATA SCIENCE
  • KNOWLEDGEABLE IN AND PASSIONATE ABOUT DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS, AI, AND CLOUD SOFTWARE MODELS
