Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced operations manager to lead and direct daily warehouse and bulk plant operations. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of quality customer service, world-class safety, and facility efficiency.

  • Lead and direct daily warehouse and bulk plant operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the work activities of plant personnel to ensure smooth running of operational activities.
  • Utilize personnel and equipment in a manner that maximizes efficiency and safe operation of the warehouse and bulk plant.
  • Assist in planning and budgeting processes to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in plant services, with a strong background in operations management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
