The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining building services to an exceptional standard, ensuring compliance, driving operational improvements, and enhancing the tenant and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Building Management: Manage building operational services, including fire services, HVAC, lifts, electrical systems, and security.
  2. Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractors for preventative and ad-hoc maintenance within operational guidelines.
  3. Sustainability Initiatives: Implement and promote sustainability initiatives and monitor building performance metrics.
  4. OHS Compliance: Coordinate occupational health and safety compliance, contractor inductions, and fire evacuation training.
  5. Operational Budgeting: Assist with the preparation and management of operational budgets.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management within A-grade or premium office complexes.
  2. A strong understanding of property and facilities management, with a focus on sustainability and compliance.
  3. Expertise in managing building management systems, contractor relationships, and operational efficiencies.
  4. Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Desirable: formal qualifications in property, engineering, or a relevant trade.
