Cleaning and Training Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Cleaning and Training Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training new staff and retraining current employees on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to travel to various sites and provide guidance and support to our cleaning crew.

About this Role

  • Available to work part-time (20-25 hours per week)
  • Flexible shifts and sites every day
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for staff

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all duties are carried out as per provided training and in accordance with organisational and statutory policies
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to staff members
  • Monitor and report any health and safety risks or incidents
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients
  • Adhere to equipment use and care procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and provide written reports
  • Promote a culture of customer satisfaction and quality service
