Skilled Support Worker

We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our care team.
The PositionAs a key member of the care team, you will provide skilled personal care and support to residents under senior clinical guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance to enhance residents' independence and dignity in daily activities.
- Ensure timely meal delivery and refreshments as required.
- Document observations on assessment charts and record exceptions to the care plan in progress notes; report these to the relevant personnel.
- Review residents' daily menu requirements.
- Perform duties allocated by senior staff, including general ward responsibilities.
- Undertake other tasks within your skillset, as directed by the organisation.
- Hold a current National Police Certificate or be able to acquire one.
- NDIS check or ability to obtain.
- Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
