A leading service provider is seeking an experienced Coordinator to lead our after-school care program for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Educators onsite, including roster management and team supervision
  • Develop and implement engaging child-centered programs with various activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, art, and craft
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents through effective communication and collaboration
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance and efficient administration

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children
  • Australian work rights and qualifications
  • Holds or is working towards a Diploma in a relevant field approved by ACECQA
